Sant'Agata's 6.5-litre V12 is the reason the Aventador exists: no turbochargers, no apology, 691 horsepower in LP700-4 form and 710 in the LP720-4.

Engineering

Braided-flex link pipes feed a single centre silencer and quad burnt titanium tips, valve-controlled. Keeping one central silencer rather than a pair holds the twelve-cylinder pulse together instead of splitting it bank from bank.
