GT3 engine, mid-mounted.

The GT4 RS runs the 911 GT3's 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, 493 horsepower to 9,000 rpm, mounted behind your shoulders instead of behind the axle.

Engineering

Equal-length headers and heat-shielded catted sections feed a single rear silencer with a centre resonator, on twin burnt titanium tips. Equal-length primaries matter on a flat-six: unequal runners smear the firing pulses and cost the top end its edge.
