Flat-plane V8, Super Series.
The 650S took the 12C's 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 out to 650 PS on the same flat-plane crankshaft that gives every McLaren V8 its hard metallic edge. The factory system files a good deal of that edge back off again.
Engineering
Heat-shielded catted downpipes merge into an X-pipe and twin burnt titanium tips. Fits 650S coupe and Spider.
